Burger Conquest's top 5 obscure NY burgers

If you’re heading to New York and want to know where to find the best burgers, you need to know who’s got the best NY burger blog. And now you do: Rev is the man and burger-eating legend behind the Burger Conquest blog, my go-to NY burger bible.

A few months ago, especially for Burgerapp, Rev kindly compiled a list of five obscure NY burger joints you probably haven’t heard of, but NEED to check out. Now it's time to share here...

Where is the best burger in London? Vote now!

Where is the best burger in London? Personally, I'm not sure you can answer that question unless you've sampled every single burger in town, subjecting each to the same rigorous set of tests. BUT you can, of course, ask that question and get an idea of which burger joint in London is the most popular at the moment...

Burgershack's inaugural Saturday opening!

It's been a while since I've posted pics of burgers but I've got a pretty good excuse. I've been more than a little preoccupied with a new and exciting project: Burgershack, a pub kitchen residency at The Royal Oak pub in Marylebone...

Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Hi Cheeseburger

There's been many a cheeseburger-themed sneaker released in recent years, my favourite being the limited edition Cobra Snake vs Colette Cheeseburger Vans that came out a couple of years ago. So, wherever you are, and whatever you're doing this 4th July, I hope y'all enjoy my 20 track selection of what Cool Hunting has labelled "swampland hits" . Listen on mixcloud or here or below:

As a long time resident of Stoke Newington I can't tell you how happy I am to see The Prince pub on Kynaston Road refurbished (beautifully) and serving a selection of top craft ales, mostly from the plethora of excellent local London breweries to have emerged in the last few years - Beavertown, Camden Town Brewery, Five Points, Hackney Brewery, London Fields Brewery, Pressure Drop, The Redchurch Brewery and more...

The Drapers Arms Cheeseburger

£12.50 One of the best pub burgers in London – thanks to a 200g beef patty from The Butchery, a bespoke St John bun and a whole lotta love...

I've been to The Drapers Arms a few times but managed to never go at a time when burgers are being served. You see, they only serve burgers at lunchtime, Monday to Saturday. So if you go on a Sunday, you'll have great food and beer for sure but a burger won't be an option. A couple of weeks ago, on a Bank Holiday Monday, my luck changed and I finally sampled the pub's burger…
